Our professional staff works collaboratively with our foster parents, County Social Workers (CSW) and the community to provide the services needed for foster children to thrive.
Our foster family agency offers:
• Therapeutic treatment services to foster youth by social workers with advanced degrees in approved disciplines
• Specialized age-appropriate foster parent training
• Joint counseling with youth and birth parents
• Monitored and supervised visit assistance
• Comprehensive Emancipation Training Program for emancipating foster youth
• Extended hour placement assistance services
• Inter-agency placement assistance
United Care’s goal remains to care for children, reunite families, and to serve the community. We do this by providing children with safe and loving homes through reunification with their families, permanent placement by adoption, or legal guardianship.
